Pisco Sour

Another amazing part of the culinary array in Peru is the pisco sour. Pisco is a type of liquor made in Peru and it was mistakenly added to a sour drink mix instead of whiskey, and thus we have the pisco sour instead of the whiskey sour. I highly recommend trying it, not only for the culture, but the taste is quite pleasant, too!
